Project overview

This work narratives on being an early adopter of new rising ad tech opportunities at a time:

1. Challenging the status quo of Google Ads by driving META Ads direct response at scale (reaching budget parity w/ Google)

2. Created blue ocean demand for the new mass-market product category (see Google Trends graph)

FI market segment: surpassed 'gifts' volumes with 'activity gifts' searches.

3. First adopter of YouTube influencers in the 2010s for the listed markets.

4. Build content strategy on UpWork freelancers publishing blogs and extended product descriptions at scale as a result of dominating organic Google.

5. Performed cutting-edge ecommerce experiments in collaboration with academics to validate, ex. we run an experiment of pausing all brand ads before Uber found out in 2020s that they lack in incrementality.

To sum: this work spanned two decades to multiple European countries. There was seen business growth from EUR100k to 8-figures.
